42nd State Geological Programming Board (SGPB) Meeting

The 42^nd State Geological Programming Board (SGPB) Meeting was conducted by the Directorate of Geology & Mining (DGM) Nagaland, at 11:00 am on 28^th July, 2022 at DGM  Conference Hall, Dimapur: Nagaland. Secretary, Geology & Mining, Shri. K. Libanthung Lotha, IAS, chaired the meeting and the Guest of Honour, Shri. V. Kashiho Sangtam, Hon’ble Minister, Geology & Mining, Soil & Water Conservation, inaugurated the 42^nd SGPB Meeting. The meeting was attended by delegates from both Central and State Agencies/Departments viz., Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI); Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM), R.O. Guwahati; Geological Survey of India, Manipur-Nagaland Circle; Central Ground Water Board (CGWB), North Eastern Region, Guwahati; CSIR-North East Institute of Science and Technology (CSIR-NEIST) Jorhat; Border Road Organisation (BRO); Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NSMDC); Department of Soil & Water Conservation, Nagaland; Water Resources Department, Nagaland, along with officials  from DGM Nagaland.
